MediaCleaner collects: your Shopify shop domain, OAuth access token (stored securely on our server), and scan result metadata (file counts, orphan counts). We do not store your actual files or their content.
Data is used solely to provide the MediaCleaner service: scanning your files and enabling deletion. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Scan history is retained for 90 days. When you uninstall the app, your session data is deleted immediately via the app/uninstalled webhook.
We comply with Shopify's GDPR requirements including customer data requests, customer redact, and shop redact webhooks.
